High-pressure sludge filter press, also known as chamber diaphragm filter press or chamber filter press, is commonly referred to in the industry as plate and frame diaphragm filter press.
Manufacturing Process: The production process strictly adheres to the "three-based" principle (based on standards, drawings, and processes), and corresponding inspections and tests are conducted throughout the entire process, including laboratory tests (physical experiments, material analysis), parts inspection, static balance testing, pressure testing of components, product performance testing, etc. The "three-no" system (no production with unqualified raw materials, no transfer of unqualified semi-finished products to the next process, and no shipment of unqualified products) is strictly implemented. It promotes full participation, implementation throughout the entire process, and collaboration across the entire enterprise, ensuring the independence of technology, production, and inspection.
Strictly adhere to the national and industry standards for filter press technical conditions, GB/T4774-2004 and JB/T4333.1-5-2005, in design (imported technology or engineering supporting design), manufacturing, and service (pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale). Establish a quality management and quality assurance system in strict accordance with the ISO9001:2000 standard. The mechanical manufacturing process includes raw materials (profiles, blanks, external components, standard parts), heat treatment (annealing, quenching, normalizing, etc.), and mechanical processing (cutting and welding, turning, boring, milling, planing, rubbing, grinding, drilling, fitter work, polishing and finishing, applying anti-rust oil, assembly, painting, packaging, etc.).
And make full use of statistical techniques to conduct timely statistics, analysis, correction, and prevention on the five major elements of the enterprise (personnel, equipment, materials, methods, and environment), maintain regular production order, and ensure product quality.
Description of main performance, parameters, and processing technology of the equipment:
(1) Frame part: The frame consists of a base, a clamping plate, a thrust plate, and a main beam.
The design of the filter press frame incorporates advanced technologies from Germany, the United States, Japan, France, and other countries. The base, clamping plate, and thrust plate of the filter press are made of Q345 steel plates, welded together using carbon dioxide shielded welding. After tempering and sizing treatment, they undergo sandblasting using a high-speed airflow shot blasting machine, which not only removes rust and oxide layers from the surface but also creates tiny pits on the surface, enhancing paint adhesion and preventing paint from peeling off. They possess advantages such as corrosion resistance, high hardness, high tensile strength, and good impact resistance. After undergoing an overpressure test, the safety factor is determined to be 2.2 times, ensuring safe and stable use.
It can meet the operational requirements of high-pressure filter plates and thoroughly address the issue of deformation in the main beam of the filter press. By fully utilizing statistical techniques, the enterprise can conduct timely statistics, analysis, correction, and prevention regarding the five major elements (personnel, equipment, materials, methods, and environment), maintaining regular production order and ensuring product quality.
(2) Hydraulic system:
Our hydraulic system adopts an open structure and is fully assembled in a dust-free and temperature-controlled workshop. Each hydraulic system features an integrated block design, which sequentially completes basic actions such as automatic cylinder clamping, automatic pressure maintaining, automatic pressure compensation, automatic release, and automatic stopping upon reaching forward or backward positions. This design enhances the safety and reliability of the entire hydraulic system, while also facilitating maintenance and repair.
The hydraulic components and main control valves of the automatic pressure maintaining system are sourced from renowned domestic brands such as Beijing Huade, Shanghai Dongfang, and Shanghai Shenfu. This ensures the performance indicators of the filter press, making it easy to operate, flexible in operation, safe and reliable. It guarantees trouble-free operation and no leakage for three years.
The hydraulic cylinder is constructed using 27SiMn seamless steel tubes, which undergo rough boring, fine boring, and rolling processes. The overall precision reaches IT8 level.
The piston rod is made of 45 steel, which undergoes grinding and tempering treatment, and is then plated with 0.06 hard chrome. It possesses advantages such as high hardness, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
The sealing ring is made of the most advanced PTFE-copper material in Europe and the United States, ensuring that it can operate normally for three years without replacement, thereby guaranteeing the sealing performance and operational flexibility of the oil cylinder.
(3) Automatic plate pulling system:
The plate-pulling system is produced using the latest technology jointly developed by our company and Di Mei Company of Italy. This technology is the most advanced in the automatic plate-pulling system of filter presses worldwide. The use of this plate-pulling system optimizes the original hydraulic system, reducing the complex directional changes and power conversion of the original hydraulic system, thereby reducing the failure rate of the hydraulic system and improving the reliability of equipment operation.
The pull plate motor adopts a low-energy consumption, low-power variable frequency speed regulating motor, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The transmission torque is increased through a reduction motor. The variable frequency motor has a wide speed regulating range, which can be adjusted arbitrarily between 10HZ and 50HZ.
The variable frequency motor drive is a product of Emerson, USA. This product is powerful and can automatically detect the current and operating speed of the motor during operation. When the variable frequency motor drives the plate picker to pick up the plate, the frequency converter automatically detects the overload signal of the variable frequency motor. This overload signal automatically controls the variable frequency motor to change its rotation direction, completing the automatic plate pulling process. The operating torque of the variable frequency motor can be set automatically according to the operating resistance of the filter plate.
Both the plate puller and the slideway are equipped with protective devices, and the upper and lower chain boxes are sealed, further ensuring the cleanliness and flexibility of the plate pulling system.
(4) Filter plate of filter press: Filter cloth can be divided into filter plate of diaphragm filter press, filter plate of chamber filter press, and plate and frame of plate and frame filter press.
The material of our filter plate is pure TPE/PP elastomer polypropylene, and the entire filter plate is pure white. The filter plate possesses the elasticity of a rubber filter plate, as well as the toughness, rigidity, acid resistance, and corrosion resistance of an enhanced polypropylene filter plate. It is processed by a CNC machining center, ensuring that the flatness of the filter plate is below 25 micrometers. This ensures good sealing performance when the filter plate is compressed, and no liquid leakage occurs during feeding.
The structural dimensions of the filter plates produced by our company not only comply with China's JB/T4333.3-2005 standard, but also meet the German DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products;
Compared with filter plates produced according to China's industry standards: the filtration speed is increased by 20%; the density, strength, fatigue resistance, and anti-aging degree are doubled, and its service life can reach more than 20 years.
The maximum feeding pressure of the filter plate is 1.6/0.6 MPa. It features good anti-corrosion sealing, short filtration cycle, effective flushing, and low moisture content in the filter cake.
(5) Electrical control system:
The control part adopts the concept of system design and incorporates an automatic operation detection function. Based on the actual working conditions of the filter press, the control part has three working states: manual operation during installation and commissioning; automatic operation during automatic operation; and maintenance operation during equipment maintenance and repair, which is convenient for operators to use.
To prevent malfunctions, each moving part is equipped with an interlock function for protection during automatic operation. Through the system's automatic detection and self-diagnosis, the system continuously checks whether the actuating components are in normal working condition. If there is an abnormality, an alarm is immediately displayed on the screen. This ensures the safe and reliable operation of the entire filter press. The PLC core control components are sourced from Schneider and Siemens of Germany, and a DCS remote interface is reserved. The functions include: automatic clamping and releasing, automatic high-pressure unloading, automatic pressure maintaining, automatic pressure compensation, automatic feeding, automatic pressure relief, automatic cake unloading, automatic plate pulling, automatic plate retrieval, pause, and other full-process controls. It can be controlled automatically through programming or manually operated. According to user requirements, a light curtain protection program can also be installed.
(6) Filter cloth:
The filter cloth is crucial for the operation and filtering efficiency of the filter press. The selection of filter cloth is important, as its performance directly affects the filtering efficiency. To achieve ideal filtering efficiency and speed, it is necessary to select the filter cloth based on the particle size, density, viscosity, chemical composition, and filtering process conditions of the material.
We have established a filter cloth production line to provide users with various suitable models of filter cloth. Additionally, we have small and medium-sized filter cloth testing equipment, which allows us to conduct material filtration tests for users free of charge, ensuring accurate selection of the appropriate filter cloth.
High-pressure sludge filter presses have excellent effects on processing capacity per unit area, reducing water content in filter cakes, and adapting to material properties, resulting in better solid-liquid separation. The sludge processed by high-pressure sludge filter presses not only reduces its water content but also decreases its volume and mass. This significantly reduces the transportation and subsequent treatment costs of filter cakes.
